HOT. Home Of Textiles

Where the threads come together.

July 2009 marked a major event in Koppermann’s story: moving into our first company-owned building. 10% of total costs went to the building’s environmental features. We use a geothermal heat pump to cool the building in the summer and heat it in the winter. The installed photovoltaic system produces 100% environmentally friendly energy for the consumption of the Koppermann headquarters. Moreover, due to its sustainable design and the use of state-of-the-art, energy-saving technology for office equipment and IT, the HOT Quarter does not require more than 60% of the electricity produced for its own consumption. This means we fed around 40% into the public grid. A climate balance that is truly impressive.

Innovative ideas shaped the building and workstation design. Precisely tailored to the needs of a modern, internationally active company, inside and out. And flexible enough to adapt to changing conditions and future requirements. Thanks to HOT’s open layout, distances are short and communication is direct. Bright spaces create an upbeat atmosphere and a pleasant working environment.
